Third Type Of Candies

The third type of candies comprises of millions of ingredients along with sugars such as pastes, sugar or chocolate covered raisins or nuts, caramels, fudge and chocolates. The most famous type is manufactured out of sugar, egg whites and crushed almonds, called marzipan. But, chocolate fudge is probably the candy that's most readily made at home. Chocolate fudge is constructed from sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, chocolate, butter and milk cooked altogether until the preferred thickness is attained. Then it must be chilled and able to solidify.
